Smart Space (2024)
Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp
The project recreates Kennedy's Sausage Factory in Peckham into a dynamic, multi-functional coworking space. Peckham is a vibrant, evolving London neighborhood where historic character meets a thriving creative community of independent artists. The aim was to create a space that reflects this vibrant spirit while fostering collaboration, creativity, and community engagement.
The design transforms the industrial building into a smart, modular workspace. Adjustable and mobile components allow the interior to be reconfigured for various activities, from individual focus work to collaborative projects and events. This flexible approach maximizes functionality and adaptability, providing a space that evolves with the needs of its users. By combining industrial heritage with contemporary modular design, the project creates a creative hub that supports Peckham’s dynamic community while encouraging innovation and interaction.
